Frequently Asked Kitchen Renovation Questions
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
Most kitchen renovations run three to five weeks. Simple cabinetry-and-worktop refits can be two weeks. Open-plan jobs with structural changes can stretch to six weeks.
How much does a kitchen renovation cost?
Kitchen renovations typically start at around 15,000 euro for a small refit and reach 50,000 euro and above for a large bespoke kitchen with premium appliances. Cabinetry brand and worktop choice are the biggest cost drivers.
Can you open the kitchen to the living area?
Yes. Open-plan structural work is one of our most common upgrades. We handle the structural engineer, steel beam and load-bearing wall removal as part of the renovation.
Do you install the appliances?
Yes. We install built-in ovens, hobs, extraction, fridges, dishwashers, microwaves and warming drawers, then run a full appliance test on the final day.
Can you supply the kitchen or only install?
Both. We work with European cabinetry suppliers (Snaidero, Nolte, Hacker, Bulthaup at the top end, plus more accessible brands) and can supply and install. You can also supply your own kitchen from another retailer; we install with full warranty on our trade work.
How long can we be without a working kitchen?
Typically two to three weeks of the build window. We can set up a temporary kitchenette in another room (microwave, kettle, mini-fridge) to bridge the gap.
