What waterproofing do you use?
We use manufacturer-warranted tanking systems (such as Schlüter Kerdi, Mapei Mapelastic or equivalent) applied to floor and walls behind the tile. This is the difference between a bathroom that lasts 20 years and one that leaks in five.
Do you supply or do I supply the sanitaryware?
Either. Many clients pick fixtures from our recommended suppliers (Geberit, Hansgrohe, Villeroy & Boch) for our installer warranty. You can also supply your own if you have specific brand preferences.
