Can you work in winter?
Yes, with weather contingencies. We use temporary scaffolding sheeting to keep the roof watertight overnight. Heavy rain or strong wind can stop work on a given day; we build buffer into the schedule.
Will roof work disrupt the house inside?
Minimally. The roof and any dormer work happen outside the heated envelope. The only inside disruption is the access stairs and any final internal finishing in the converted loft.
Do you handle gutters and rainwater goods?
Yes. New gutters, downpipes, fascia and soffit are typical add-ons during a roof renovation. We use zinc, aluminium or PVC depending on the house style and your preference.
